| The Pastoral Relations Ministry |
| The Ministry of Pastoral Relations serves FCC clergy and staff in an advisory and support role. The ministry is responsible for updating and interpreting FCC's Personnel Policy. Pastoral Relations also acts as a liaison between FCC's staff and congregants when appropriate.
